fleetX - Corporate Charge Cards

fleetX Corporate (Charge) Accounts is a real-time, automated corporate charge account system that validates and authorizes both entered account paper coupons and customized magnetic stripe cards. 

fleetX Corporate Cards feature:

• For high security choose cards with a personal ID code for the cardholder
• Your corporate account transactions are shown on your web reports in real-time and include detailed tracking such as date, time, vehicle identifier, tip, and totals
• Invoice account holders with a simplified detailed transaction list, similar to your credit card bill and follow-up with a softcopy to them via email
• Reduce exposure to theft, fraud, or lost coupons using a real-time authorization system
• Cards or coupons are easily activated while lost or stolen ones easily deactivated - both in real time
• Allows riders to enter a ‘file reference number’ for tracking or track to your dispatch using 'Ride ID'
